Peacefully on November 9th 2017, Matthew sadly passed away at Heath Hospital, aged 36 years. Much loved Son of Martin and Lynn. Loving Brother of Emma and brother in law to Paul. Adored Uncle of Jack, Isabel and Amber. He will be deeply missed by all family and friends.
Resting at Coles Funeral Directors until the service to be held on Wednesday 6th December at St Alban’s Catholic Church, Splott at 12pm, prior to burial at Cardiff and the Vale Natural Burial Ground.
